Hi, I'm Ni Adesokan. Enterprise Sales Leadership | People-centered, values-led builder of leaders & revenue | Curiosity, grit, empathy, and data-driven precision | High-EQ Operator |
Ni Adesokan's Bio:
Enterprise sales leader who measures success two ways: the leaders we develop and the outcomes we deliver. I started in fitness, where I learned to coach with empathy, precision, and accountability. Today I bring the same approach to sales - clear standards, honest feedback, and a cadence that turns intent into action and measurable results.
I embrace challenges because they’re invitations to grow. At Affirm, we transformed an all-new, no-ramp team through the remote pivot into a true growth engine - promotions across the bench, 4× organizational scale, and Founders’ Club recognition. At EBANX and PPRO, I led cross-border enterprise expansions and built repeatable playbooks that opened new markets and strengthened partnerships.
My leadership philosophy has been honed over 15+ years and an earned sense of responsibility, guided by my faith: grow people who grow results - with integrity and high EQ. I keep a framed “Mamba Mentality” print on my office wall as a daily reminder to bring my best, keep learning, and help others do the same. I’m sharpening that promise through the Kellogg Executive MBA and bringing it into how I lead every day.
